Attachment DeletedIt was a great day for the race. Amazing weather. Dh was fast, really fast. I had stomach issues and finished about 15 minutes slower than I was hoping.

It wasn't my race, but I was extremely happy with how I ran it. My first training run for Napa is supposed to be today... I don't think that's going to happen.

thanks guys. Training for it wasn't anywhere as good as it should have been. Damn babies and not sleeping and all. And I hurt today, like don't want to get up from sitting hurt and I have a gigantic blister that popped mid race so that was a bitch to work through too. But, I'm back out there.

yeah, he wanted to run it under 1:40 and he did. 1:36. At my 10k mark, the giant timer said 1:42 and I was thinking "oh, I hope dh is done"... and then I got sad realizing I STILL had 7 more miles to go. lol.
