So based on some of your advice, and some googling on eczema and food allergies, I've decided to try eliminating dairy from my diet for a little while. Maybe it will help? IDK, but I have an appointment with my allergist later this month.
HOLYSHIT I EAT A LOT OF DAIRY.
Go to eat breakfast. Oh, can't have my yogurt. Okay, coffee. Oh, can't have my creamer. Eggs? Can't have cheese on top. Snack? No string cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt. Out to dinner with friends and I'm scouring the menu and realize I have to order like Sally (from When Harry Met Sally). I'll have the fish, but not cooked in butter. And is the sauteed spinach cooked in butter? UGH! This is hard!
Let me know if you need any help! Cutting out dairy is hard, but there are lots of substitutes out there.

What do you recommend for yogurt subs? What about breakfast? I've tried soy milk in coffee before and it gets curdly and gross. Is almond milk better?
Whole Soy and Co makes a good soy yogurt. I personally don't like almond milk and that the soy milk in coffee is one reason why I prefer iced/blended coffee.
Daiya is decent (best option out there) and they now make pizza I like Amande for yogurt. I take my coffee black. Iced coffee I use coconut milk. It is a toss up between Almond and Coconut milk for me.
I feel so much better and lost weight from cutting out diary. I hope you get the results you are looking for!
I love coconut milk and almond milk in coffee and cereal. Not a huge fan of soymilk, although it's easier to find.
There are no good cheese subs, so I just don't bother
I started drinking Almond milk because I noticed my breakouts usually happened after I had cereal. Gosh, almond milk is so good. I'm not a big fan of the soy milk. For ice cream, I usually make use a frozen rip banana substitute with almond milk. It's still not the same, but it helps a little.

Been dairy-free for four plus years. At first I was ready to pummel for a piece of cheese pizza. Now, milk sounds disgusting most of the time. Silk soymilk is good. 365 whole foods brand almond milk is tasty. Daiya cheese is a good sub, it melts. Get that at whole foods. So Delicious is a good brand. Tofutti makes a good cream cheese and sour cream sub. Message me if you want to if you ever need recipe recs.
They sure do! Also, I'm always looking for new recipes since it is always hard to find things that are dairy,egg, and honey free as well as gluten free.

The coconut milk yogurt tastes fine, but you don't get the nutritional benefits of yogurt. It only has 1gram of protein and a shit ton of sugar. Plus, it's expensive.

I also find that when I go out to restaurants if I tell the waiter that I'm allergic to dairy, they accommodate pretty well and make suggestions. Also, I promise that after a few months it starts to get easier and you won't miss it as much. It's a rough adjustment but its been really great for me. If you find that it's working for you, just tough it out for a while and I promise you'll barely miss it.
So Delicious makes a coconut milk creamer - original, vanilla, and hazelnut. They sell it at WF and Wegmans, near the refrigerated soy milk. They have quarts of it in the shelf-stable milk aisle at WF as well.

I am allergic to dairy and I just get eyerolls and they assume I'm just being picky and lying that I am allergic.
