I thought real estate agents were required by law to disclose something like that.
Now I'm all freaked out.
They are. We saw a house where the owner died after being on hospice and the RE told us that she was legally required to tell us that he died in the home. I would imagine it would also have to be in the disclosures.

I don't think this would bother me. I desperately wanted to by a house here where an exH stabbed his wife to death. The house was awesome. Unless there was a weird vibe. Then that is a no go, lol.

aThere Was A Gruesome Murder Around Here.MichelleYoungWas Murdered By Her Husband In Their House In 2006. I WAsCurious If The House Was Just Sitting Around Thinking No One Would Ever BY It. But Sure Enough Someone Did. I Wouldn't Be Able To Do That.
I couldn't live there. Just the thought of it freaks me out.
let's talk about the trial, karma!! Do you really think the jury's gonna get the case this week?? I'm nervous!
They are supposed to do closing on Thursday and deliberations start on Friday. They're speculating that since the jury had so many questions they will only be out 2-3 days.
Did you hear that juror 8 got dismissed because he got a DUI over the weekend? Crazy!
I'm anti death penalty so Im not sure how I feel about it. I think she's mentally ill with the borderline personality disorder but I don't believe she had PTSD and battered woman's syndrome. I was sure Casey Anthony would be found guilty so I guess nothing would surprise me. I think though it was premeditated so by Arizona standards the death penalty should come with that.

I haven't been following the tweets.
I watched the interviews with her Mom and Dad and it sounded like they thought that Jodi did it, even before she confessed. I can't imagine a parent having to deal with that.
They Defense is trying to have the psychologist with a Phd talk about medical part of Travis wounds during the sur-rebuttal. I don't see how that's going to fly since he's not a MD.

Omg they're desperate! I've been wondering why they didn't put up their own witness to say Travis was shot first. Obviously they can't find anyone to say that.
I thought it was interesting when they showed how organized the closet was and if Jodi was frantic with Travis chasing her nothing seemed out of place. He had more shoes that I do.
I was totally laughing about JVM and her take that the trial driving jurror #8 to drink.
I cannot wait for this trial to be over with. It's been how many months now?
I didn't think 2nd degree murder was on the table? I am hoping for a guilty of 1st degree murder and am looking forward to the look on Jodi's face when that verdict is read.

I think second degree and manslaughter has always been on the table. The defense recently filed a motion to include crimes of passion ( I think this would fall under manslaughter).
The trial started on January 2 :/
What a long ass trial.
I am trying to remain positive and that there will be a 1st degree murder conviction. Travis's family has been through enough and I hope this nightmare is over for them soon.
