B: cereal, milk and banana L: turkey sandwich, baked chips, dark chocolate S: cheese stick D: ?? Houseguest's choice. Last night here (Thank goodness!!) so maybe stromboli or pizza from local place. E: 45 minute run
B: sausage, egg & cheese lean pocket (so late for work this morning) S: greek yogurt L: turkey & cheddar on ww, pickles, baby bell cheese S: apple w/ pb2, almonds D: ww pasta w/ sauce
B: half a WW bagel with a slice of turkey and low fat cheddar S: strawberries, a few pistachios L: veggie and beef soup S: carrots and hummus, apple and PB, pear D: homemade spaghetti E: none, eye appointment instead :/

L: The dang chicken salad with broccoli and apple that I've been trying to make since last week. I brought the stuff with me to the office. D: I'm going to make some sort of baked zucchini with roma tomatoes and some cheese and basil on top. Somebody on FB posted it and it looks yummy. E: I'm going to go for a run during lunch today. Everybody is going to be out of the office and so I hate being here by myself. Then I have bootcamp tonight.

B: green smoothie S1: pretzel sticks L: brought a salad to work but not really feeling it. May go to Barberitos S2: granola bar if I need it D: not sure - whatever the bf cooks E: walk/jogged about a mile this morning - just beginning C25k
B: oatmeal w/added protein powder, coffee w/creamer S: banana L: turkey on thin, string cheese, pita chips, cutie D: breakfast dinner - pancakes, turkey bacon, scrambled eggs E: 6x400... a little turnover work, with a mile w/u and a mile c/d. I really hope the track near my house is empty; it just occurred to me there might be track practice.
B: Cheerios w/blueberries, coffee, water S1: Nature's Valley Pecan Crunch granola bar, water L: WW sandwhich thin with almond butter, canteloupe, baby carrots, water S2: Greek yogurt, water D: Probably homemade Thai noodles in spicy peanut sauce with roasted chicken thighs. But DH's cousin is in town for Illinois, so I may ditch that and eat whatever they grill/bring home to eat.
Exercise: 6 x 400 mile pace treadmill workout and weights (rain is in the forecast here all day today)
