Yes. I had it last year, and it kind of keeps threatening to come back this year. So far I've kept it at bay, but I am very careful with those tendons.

so what do you do? not a lot of running? lots of stretching? I'm up to a whopping 6 minute run at a time now and I just don't know how I'm going to make it any further sometimes. I was diagnosed in December, spent a month in a cast and it came off mid January. I like my ortho I'm seeing but I feel like the only thing he has to tell me is to be patient and wait. Which I such at. I've been to PT and they said everything else in me is fine, couldn't see anything that would point to it being an alignment or form problem and sent me on my way.
I just want to be able to do something. Rather than waiting for it to happen again, which is what I feel like I'm doing.
And my something, I mean something therapeutic. Massage, stretch, seeing a chiro, drugs, strengthening exercises, whatever. Not just waiting and running and praying it doesn't happen again.
