Anything awesome happen lately? nothing H&F related awesome but I did get a lot of Spring Cleaning done yesterday and my house just feels cleaner when you walk in. I love it!
What are you training for? RnR San Diego Half, have PCRF 50k bike and 5k this weekend

Weekly plan? M- rest but did 2.2 run/walk with DH T- kettlebells W- 4.5 T- yoga F- 5 S- 50k bike not at all ready, been over a month since ive been on my bike S- 5k
Any setbacks? Had food posoining last weekend which kept me off my bike and have been having pain in my legs since my long run Sunday.
Anything awesome happen lately? I conquered the double digit run on Sunday. 10.1 miles!
What are you training for? Broad Street Run 10 Miler
When is it? Sunday! I am so excited and cannot wait till it gets here!
Weekly plan? Tonight and Thursday just 3-4 easy miles, rest the remainder of the week

Anything awesome happen lately? I got a new PR at my 5k this past weekend, 28.29, considering I am usually a 10+ mile and the course was a hilly and dirt filled trail- the exact opposite of what I am used to- I was so excited to see my time at the end. Ther was also wine tasting at the end. double bonus!

Any setbacks? Lots this week. I got the tempo run in yesterday over my lunch hour, but not enough time for strength training. I just hauled DD around everywhere after daycare for upper body work. That counts, right? Today's treadmill workout isn't happening because it's pouring and I left my umbrella at home and can't come back to work looking like a drowned rat. I'm going to shut the door to my office and do a cardio workout on Fitness Blender instead. This weekend's training runs are a bust since H is in Mexico for work, but I may test out a few short runs with DD in the jogging stroller.
Anything awesome happen lately? I got a good 50 minute run in on Saturday, and it felt great. I haven't run for more than 20-30 minutes since my 10K at the end of March, so it was nice to know that I still had some endurance in me.
What are you training for? next up is a mid HIM cycle sprint

Anything awesome happen lately? I've PRd a half and sprint in the last two weekends, which has been an encouraging way to start the season. And of course a podium finish is a rare highlight for me!

I don't have any races on my calendar. It's a weird feeling. I think my next big race will be a half in September. I want to sign up for a couple of 5ks during the summer to keep me on my toes.
Weekly plan? T: 4 at ghmp, W: 4, strength, Th: rest, F: 4 with stroller, Pilates, Sa: rest, Su: 13.1, and afternoon margaritas!!! H has a huge test for work that morning, so we will have both earned it.
Any setbacks? I feel great, knock on wood. Still stressed, but making progress on that front.

Any setbacks? Six mile run on Saturday sucked. First time I really did not enjoy the run. My mind was in a bad place. To top it off, I was taking a walk break which I do at times around mile 4.5. A truck pulls up next to me as he was backing out of the driveway. He asked if I was okay. I said yes, just 4 mile into a 6 mile run. He said "You should not go out that far your first time". I have been running for almost 2 years. I just looked at him and said "Not first time, just a bad run". That did not help with my mental place. Sorry for the rant!!

What are you training for? Being crazy...I have three races this weekend and another half next weekend.
When is it? 10K 8:30am Saturday, 5K 6pm Saturday, Half 7am Sunday
Weekly plan? Mon - Recovery Biking/Stretching; Tuesday - Strength and recovery run; Wednesday - Rest; Thursday - Strength and possibly another short run; Friday - Yard work; Saturday/Sunday - Racing my butt off...hoping to PR my 10K and be happy to just finish all 3 in the upright position
Any setbacks? Got a nasty blister on my baby toe from last Sunday's half - been taking care of it so that I am good to go for this weekend.

A 10k in June that I haven't signed up for. Then a 5 mile race in July. Long term: getting in/staying in 1/2 marathon shape for a fall 1/2
