Broad Street (my first major race) is this weekend and I have blisters on the balls of my feet near my arches. I will use moleskin, but does anyone have any helpful suggestions of what to do? Should I take some time off from running? They kind of hurt, but are not awful. Darn blisters, ruin everything. Brings back so many memories of 14 years of ballet classes.
At this point taking it easy on the running for the rest of this week probably wouldn't hurt...I mean, you've already put in the training so taking a few days off to rest your blisters isn't going to kill your ability to complete the race
I am so freaking excited for you, btw...you are going to kick ass this weekend!

I am so scared. I have been running like crap and hit a major wall. I hope to finish at this point. Osu, I will post updates for on FB. I know it is all mental right now, just need to push through.
