I have no idea what I'm eating today at all. I've skipped breakfast so far, which is highly unusual for me. I have no plans for lunch, and I have no idea what time H is going to be home tonight and if I have to fend for myself.

B: Cheerios, blueberries, more coffee than normal (thanks to DD waking up twice last night and taking FOREVER to go back to bed) L: Sandwich thin with almond butter, baby carrots, caneteloupe D: ?? DH's cousin is still in town, so we'll see what they want to do S1: Nature's Valley Trail Mix fruit and nut granola bar S2: Greek yogurt, apple
E: Depends on weather. Today's outlook calls for torrential downpours (up to 7" - yikes!) So if the weather cooperates, I will squeeze in either a tempo run or a speed workout, otherwise it's another day of FitnessBlender workouts during lunch wiht my office door closed.
