I don't particularly care if celebrities want to go bra-less but I'm not going to pick it up as a style statement. I'll keep my droopy girls contained unless I'm in the comfort of my own home.
I didn't realize this was a trend. I will say, though, that using women who are wearing fancy dresses where you clearly CAN'T wear a bra doesn't really support the idea that this is a "trend".
So what this article is saying that people want to look like they should be shopping at Walmart? Because while I don't shop there often, the times I am there I see this "trend"

Personally, I do NOT like being braless. My ladies are a bit too large for that kind of nonsense. I like the way a bra just contains them just perfectly so I don't have to deal with them flopping this way and that. But if I had fake boobs or a nice lift, well then I would probably go braless with certain outfits.
I could go braless as long as I moved as slow as a snail so the girls don't get their locomotion on and give me (or the guy walking next to me) a black eye.
Needless to say, perky is not a descriptive for my boobs. Floppy or droopy, but never perky. OK, maybe if you had a time machine and could travel back in time to when I was in HS then you could use perky as a descriptive.
If I had smaller boobs, I might go for it. I just don't know. My boobs are like saggy pendulums swinging in opposite directions (how's that for a visual?) when I'm not wearing a bra. It just isn't comfortable for me. They're too... in the way.
I think I'd have to wear something over the nips, though. They're too sensitive. All that rubbing on fabric would leave me (hot and) bothered the entire day and there wouldn't be any denying it to onlookers.
