AW: My sister got into UCLA!

She is transferring from a CC, and she worked her ass off on the honors track there so she could get in. I am so fucking proud of her.

My Mom on the other hand wants her to go to Long Beach State because it is cheaper, and is actually upset my sister is choosing UCLA, but dude. UCLA has been my sisters dream forever and a day, and she went to CC so she could reduce the overall costs of attendance. My sister is pretty bummed my mom is upset about her choice - so I am throwing her a UCLA party on Sat to celebrate

I get where my Mom is coming from, but this is an amazing opportunity for her.
