I'd do it. I do it with two and people just throw me sympathetic looks if disaster strikes.

The answer is a loud NO. Seriously. Since the nursery is a no go (talk to someone about that, that kind of sucks for everyone), you'll spend the whole service getting up and taking the baby out anyway. Most churches stream the sermon anyway or post it later. Do that.
