I have been on Weight Watchers and working out 6 days a week (C25K, Jillian Michaels...) since Jan. 2. I've lost 16 lbs and am feeling great. HOWEVER, I completely lost it today and ate 10, yes 10, oatmeal chocolate chip cookies that my mom brought over, proceeded to have a shitty day at work and am now drinking a beer and about to have another one.

It happens to the all of us at some point I think, especially me. I went to a 3 year old's birthday party and ate 3 cupcakes (I had to try one of every flavor right?) 9 beers, and a pile of chips and dip. Not one of my prouder moments.

I think when a cab needs to be called to take myself and my friends home from a 3 year old's birthday party, it might be a sign that we probably drink too much.
