B: oatmeal w/ dried berries, nuts and a banana, hot green tea L: TJ's mixed green's salad (I'm adding some chicken to it), greek yogurt and blueberries and blackberries S: orange E: I ran 2 miles, biked 10 and walked 3 yesterday so probably a 5 mile easy run today - I love it that it's warmer out but I haven't acclimated to the warmer temps yet so running has been exhausting this week D: not exactly sure - maybe pizza and a salad at home

B: scrambled eggs, coffee L: Chef's salad D: Marinated chicken w/ some sort of a veggie E: ride bikes to the gym & swimming S: ? whatever looks good at the moment.
B: Cheerios w/blueberries, coffee S1: Nature's Valley Pecan Crunch granola bar L: Edamame hummus and a sandwich TBD at a local cafe. My mouth is watering already. S2: Greek yogurt, apple D: Leftover pizza from last night. Veggie pizza with artichokes, tomatoes, garlic, and feta cheese.
E: probably a rest day, but I may pop in a barre video tonight after work if I'm feeling motivated
