Slightly freaked out about taking N to the dentist

My kid still uses a pacifier at night. Our dentist is my DS Godfather (DH's BFF). I don't care what he thinks I believe in comfort and he can get braces when he's older if needed. I know this is flameworthy.

We can barely get J to brush his teeth with our help 2 times a day. Flossing isn't happenening at all.

Don't feel guilty.

I feel like if you have to fight about it then it's causing a negative experience and that can cause a bigger issue later on when it comes to oral hygeine. No way would J stay still with his head in my lap.

I'm trying to get Mia to stop sucking her finger. All store products don't work. She likes spice and hot flavors. I'm going to try Oregano oil. /me shrugs Some kids are destine for braces.
