I have a cold and my chest is tight. I know I shouldn't run but I was thinking on walking my 3 miles instead. Would this be a good or bad idea? I haven't excerised since my long run on Sunday and I'm beginning to feel cooped up and bitchy.
If you really want to get outside, I'd do an easy one mile walk at most, just to get some fresh air, and then lots of sleep. I hope you feel better soon.
