B: oatmeal w. apple and blackberries, coffee w/ truvia and skim milk S: hot green tea and a no bake cookie and choc. chip cookie (the office had treats left over from last night's National Honor Society induction). L: arugula and lemon chicken salad from TJ's, greek yogurt and blackberries S: grapes E: 5 mile run and cleaning house D: salad w/ cottage cheese, and a bunch of random veggies
* I'm eating too many sweets and I went for mexican last night:( My pants feel tighter, I'm afraid of the scale. Someone kick me in the butt and tell me to get it back on track:/

I have to go to effing Friday's for my niece's birthday so whatever I can find that won't leave me gluten and MSG bombed in the fetal position crying E: none, due to the dinner
