what would it be?
doesn't matter what the income is, just something you are passionate about that you would love to do.
I would love to be a full time advocate for parents of hemo kids. If I could, I would travel the country meeting with families and teaching them how to properly advocate for themselves to their doctors, insurance companies and legislators.

What I'm starting to do (which feels awesome), train women after pregnancy to get their bodies back. I finished the first week of my fitness workshop and, as expected, the hardest part is actually keeping them working because we end up talking so much! I'm a "girls girl" and have an easy time connecting with other women, and adding in the mommy factor just makes it. It's like an instant moms group of support.
An attorney, but also working as an advocate for kids with infantile scoliosis--I am already starting to do this through the outreach program that's helped us with DS #2.

ok - so tell me what to do, lol. i dislike working out, and do not belong to a gym. AND go!
Occupational Therapy. Specifically for young kids with autism.
My job prior to taking time off to focus on school (since I wasn't getting pregnant-surprise!) was working 1:1 with preschoolers on the spectrum. I loved taking them to OT. I fascinated me and I would watch so intently and ask why they were doing certain activities, what it helped with, etc.
I am too lazy to get my Master's. I am headed for some other certification in a couple years to go back to that job. I miss it. Pay is shit but oh well.

Patient care assistant for the elderly. I did this PT before I got pg and loved it. I went to their homes, cooked, cleaned, did laundry, bathed them, did fun stuff with them. I love the olds.
Well, part of me has always wanted to act because then I could "be" all the different careers I've always thought of (and be awesome at it because his many movies are about mediocre people)
I will always think about what it would have been like to work for the CIA. I think that ship sailed for me though.
I do love what I am doing now, but I'd like to be the "expert". Obviously wouldn't happen right away, but someday. I am thrilled when I'm doing my media tracking and see "boss's name, the expert on childhood obesity and nutrition at jigsy s office"
Ride other people's horses or maybe make ice cream flavors. Something noble like that. lol.
I had a friend who owned tons of land, put up a bunch of stables and earns her living housing and caring for other people's horses, supplementing her income by using those horses (with the owners' permission) to give riding lessons to kids.

Before I met H I had planned to move to the Chicago area and work at a show stable with swanky apartment living. Goddammit life why you gotta be so unfair! lol j/k
I want a bakery. I almost went to the bakery yesterday and asked them if they were hiring, but there were all these teenagers working the front and I felt like an old.

This is my dream too, and I would serve the best coffee in all the land. I worked for my friend in her cafe before having G and I loved it. You should do it Vicki!!
When I worked as a designer, I wanted to travel the world buying textiles for rich people. I still kind of want to do that too, just not without all the other bullshit.
