I hate you
What healthy exercise stuff did you accomplish this week? I did some calisthenics/yoga on Sunday and the exercise bike on Monday. That's it. I didn't even walk.
Did you meet your goals? NO! ::sob::
I'm was sick. Well, I thought I was sick. I was trying different drugs and nothing worked. So, I thought, maybe it was allergies... tried some Claritin yesterday and now I feel 85% better. So I should exercise tonight, right? Yeah, that's no going to happen. I have a very long list of things to get done tonight because I'm not going to be home tomorrow or Sunday.
I ran 4x this week and hoping to go for my last one at lunch today and do weights at the gym. I am trying to get motivated and do it because we are having a baby shower after lunch and I know there will be cake there. I always have a hard time trying to run after I eat a big sugar bomb.
I try for 4-5 workouts and my eating has been good this week, except for the cake today and a cookie binge on Wednesday. oops!
Don't hate me, PS! I didn't reach my piddly goals, either.
I ran 2/3 times planned. I skipped Tuesday because I felt like absolute shit. (The good news is that I started my period.) I am up to 3 whole minutes in a row. That is actually a longer way than it sounds. It surprised me.
I started doing some things to strengthen my arms, which pleases me. I hope to keep that up, so that will be added in to next week's goals.
Eating-wise, I am starting to lose my junk food craving, but not completely. I made cookies last night. Hopefully, this feeling will magically vanish with my period.
I've been back to it this week, eating better and working out daily. Even if it's just some body weight exercises. I finally jumped on a scale this morning and it's down 2lbs from the last time I was on it. Yipee! I hope the downward trend continues.
I didn't set any goals for the week, but I also didn't exercise. I've decided to enter a weight-loss competition at my work, so I'll try to use that as motivation, and hopefully I'll have things to report in following weeks.
Oh can I AW in here that I've lost almost 15 pounds?? I've been working at it since Christmas. Woot woot.
Good job, lady!!
Thanks! DH has lost almost 12 pounds himself. We both had put on about the same amount or so in the last year because of stress. It feels good to get back to my old self.

You're amazing! Way to go! How do you feel?
I feel great! The last 6 months or so I was struggling w/ BCPs and I think they contributed to crappy moods and weight gain along with the stress, but it feels good to be back to "normal." I eliminated dairy and a lot of sugar because I struggle w/ PCOS and weight loss and that has also helped too.
I did almost nothing. I've gone out to eat for lunch almost every day and made "bad" food for dinner every night. I'm tired, and I've pretty much been single parenting all week due to H's schedule. Hoping to get back on track and re-start week 3 of C25K next week when it's a little less crazy at our house.
Oh, I will mention that DH talked to a co-worker last night who has lost 20 pounds in the last two months and the guy convinced him to try my 30 day shred dvd Before DH would be all "but it's for women", but his co-worker did it and recommended it so he's going to try it.
He really needs to exercise so this is good forward progress.
I also got a pdf of an awesome cookbook that has healthy cheats for regular comfort foods, so I am going to start really meal planning this weekend and implement it over the next week or so. It will conquer one of my biggest issues: making food that fits into my diet plan but also will be good enough for everyone else.
I went kayaking last weekend. It's great for the core and arms, which are two of my trouble spots. I haven't done anything else since I have to take a break on C25K right now. We're too busy this weekend to get back out on the water. Derp.
My boss and another coworker fussed over me at lunch because I look like I've lost a lot of weight. I've actually been maintaining for the past 6ish months, so I guess I'll just wear this outfit every day until it disintegrates off my body. I'm not sure the push to lose the last 10-15 pounds is ever gonna happen - that's why I'm concentrating on toning.

Uh, I sucked at my fitness goals this week. However, I have been drinking a ton of water, totally cut out soda and have been trying to make better food choices. I signed up for myfitnesspal today.
