I had the primer potion that was so thick and dry it was useless.
So Thursday morning I decided to take the plunge and try to thin it out.
I used a safety pin to scrap out as much dry product from the tip of the tube. Then I kneaded the tube to create an air pocket. I used a needle ( a heavy gauge for an IM injection) Filled it with about 2 cc of sterile saline and pushed it into the tube through the nozzle. Let it sit for 2 days-massaged it when I was brushing my teeth.
AND....... I have to tell you I think it worked. I used it today and it was nearly the perfect consistence. !!!!
I would still never repurchase again since their CS sucked huge, but at least I will get my moneys worth out of this tube. Shame-I was a loyal customer of UD for 5+ years

I have to ask..are you a nurse? Because I am and that is totally something I would do, with the sterile saline and the IM needle! Nurse-Macgyvering, my H calls it.
HaHA, no Mrsacornblue, I an not an RN, too much yucky stuff. Your DH sounds funny 'Macgyvering' very cute. I can not imagine what you are pulling out of your bag of tricks to fix things!!

OP, I am sorry you had that problem with UD. I was thinking about the UDPP for keeping my eyeshadow in place but recently discovered the ELF version for only a dollar at Target. So far so good and it's packaged like a lip gloss so is really easy to use. At least you'll get your moneys worth now.
