This week is going to be very basic- my H is going to be OOT Mon-Thurs for work.
Sun- Thai Noodles (I feel like these have been carried over for weeks now) Mon- Egg Salad Sandwich Tues- Out to dinner with a friend Wed- Tuna Salad Sandwich Thurs- Pierogies Fri- (from the freezer, leftover) Quinoa Stuffed Peppers (carried over from this week) Sat- Mushroom, Spinach, & Cheese Quiche

Tuesday: Ham and Cheese Biscuit Pockets
Wednesday: Fettuccine Alfredo with sundried tomatoes
Thursday: Crispy Spiced Chicken with Pita Bread and Marinated Vegetables
Friday: Spinach Quiche and Citrus Salad
Saturday: do-it-yourself dinner
Sunday: Smothered Green Beans and Potatoes over rice, Pull Apart Garlic Bread, and Lemon Cake with Blueberry filling and Fluffy Frosting (Mother's Day with in-laws)
