I am new to the fitness world, I am on week 5, day 2 of the couch to 5k program. I am looking for recommendations for sports bras for bigger chested women. I am a DDD in a regular bra. The sports bras I have just aren't cutting it as I am beginning to run for longer stretches of time. I am not looking to spend a ton of money, but will throw down some cash if I have to to get a supportive bra.
Does anyone have a recommendation? I heard that I should be looking for bras with actual cups in them instead of S,M,L etc.
I'm a 34DD and highly recommend the Moving Comfort sports bras - I like the Fiona, but they have several types that are great for bigger chested ladies. They come in band/cup sizes. You will have to drop some money for a really good sports bra, but I think it is totally worth it to be able to run comfortably. If you can, find a store that sells them so you can try some on and do the jump test in the dressing room. They sell them around me in local running stores.

Great, Thanks! I will google and see what stores carry that brand near me.
I am a 30GG and the only thing I can wear for high-impact stuff like running is the Enell sports bra. It's expensive and it's not pretty, but it WORKS. I highly, highly recommend it. I have a Shock Absorber that I like for spinning and lifting, but for running the Enell is the only thing that works for me.
Thank you, everyone. I will check out all of your suggestions. I just went to Sports Authority because I happened to be at the mall, and they didn't have anything.

I really like the Goddess sports bra and it's a little cheaper than the Enell or Moving Comfort. I bought mine off of Amazon. I have the Moving Comfort Fiona, but I prefer the Goddess. I think some of the other Moving Comfort styles are more popular on here. I just haven't tried them personally.
I hate spending a lot of money on sports bras, but it makes a huge difference in my workout. I also have found them to last a lot longer than the lower end brands.
