Doing ok. I'm just holding steady, which is frustrating, so R and I are going to go back on the "strict" part of our meal plan to see if we can shake things up.
I have a fitbit - the zip - I like it, but if I had it to do over again I'd get the one that also tracks sleep. I'm not great about noting that sort of thing, so it would be nice to have.

I really haven't lost weight since February. But I did buy my FIRST EVER size SMALL belt this weekend. Crazy because I am not really a size small, I wear size 12. But it was a kick!
Lost one pound since last week. But considering that was without actually starting the workouts I said I was going to start...I'm ok with that.
I did a 5k on saturday. I had told friends I'd do it with them months ago and then forgot. Once they reminded me i decided to do it anyway. Walking 3 miles is no big deal for me, so I figured i"d use this as a chance to gauge my base-level endurance so I know where i'm starting. I came in at 46:05, so just under a 15 minute mile. That's walking almost the whole thing, with one burst of jogging in each mile. So...that's my starting point. I'm planning to do another 5k in august, and a 3rd in september. (and then tuff mudder in october) By september I'd like to be running the full distance.
I have a fitbit and I haven't really gotten into using it since having the baby, but I was having lots of success with a combo of the fitbit and MFP before I got pregnant. It worked out well for me to set a daily goal and if it got to the end of the day when I'd usually unwind on the couch with MH we'd turn to each other and ask if we got our steps in or not. If the answer was no...we went for a walk. It was a really easy, tangible way to help increase our overall activity level without having to commit to any specific activity or schedule.

Yes! In regards to fitbit, I think it's very helpful mainly when you sync it to MFP. When you gain more steps which results in more calories lost, MFP will add those calories to your diet so you have the option of eating more. That feature is what makes the fitbit IMO. I am motivated to walk to gain more calories to eat
Yes! Especially if I know I want to say...have a beer. Or a piece of birthday cake. Or order a specific dish when we go out to dinner that I KNOW isn't going to fit in my calories for the day. It gets me to get up and take the dog for a walk before work, go for a walk at lunch, park really far away, offer to run things upstairs for coworkers, etc etc.
