Benjamin Moore Advance in Simply White, satin finish. It is freakin' amazing paint and I'm probably going to use it from now on in lieu of SW's SuperPaint.
I don't have it up yet, but I'm using white subway tile for the backsplash.
ETA - the Advance satin finish is a little more glossy than a regular satin finish.
In our first two houses I did the exact same thing - painted the cabinets Ben Moore's Cloud White (it's a designer favorite and I got hooked on it too!) and white subway tile with white grout. LOVE that look so freaking much.
We uses Sherwin Williams Pro Classic enamel in off the shelf white, satin finish. We also have a white subway tile backsplash... Ill see if I can post a pic

we're not painting ours white (we're painting them gray), but I highly recommend the ACE trim and cabinet paint. no need for a topcoat, and the finish is semi-gloss and absolutely perfect.
