I shower/change as soon as I get home and Im so cold and freezing for the next couple of hours. I lay on the couch in a sweatshirt with a blanket. This is only happening on my long run days too.
This happens to me too. Fingers turn white and purple and I am just frozen to the core. I just take a hot shower right after a long workout and I warm up just fine.
I notice this most when I'm dehydrated after a run. Like I can't get warm enough, even though it's 85 outside. I'd say watch your fluid intake, and even weigh yourself before and after a run to see if you are replacing enough fluid during your run. I was having a really hard time (bring super cold to the point of having goose bumps) with this last summer and one day I weighed myself I realized I "lost" nearly 5lbs in 2 hours- not a good idea.
Cool down after your run by walking and stretching, rather than just stopping and jumping in the shower. Take a warm shower and drink some tea. That should also help warm you up a bit.
I agree that it's probably dehydration, this used to happen to me all the time before I realized I just needed to drink more water (and possibly electrolytes).
