Omg I am so sorry! That is so painful. There is a powder the doctor can prescribe to wick up the moisture. Otherwise, do you have a moisture wicking bra?

I don't see how a moisture wicking bra would help me, because there is no bra fabric between my breasts to wick away the moisture, and of course therein lies the issue. If my breasts were separated, like in a normal bra, there would be no cleavage and no friction. What I had today was a deep salty cleavage-river and it's NASTY. But I have really big breasts and there are fewer options for me. After a hot shower and time spend in the AC, all the redness is gone. But it still stings a little.

I'm pretty sure there are some "normal style bra" sports bras out there... I know I've seen them before. Might require a bit of research, but I'm sure there's something out there! Maybe check out running stores?

I went to nordstrom and got a bra fitting. My a 34G and ended up with a wacoal sports bra.
It solves all the smooshed uniboob problems I've ever had:

It sounds like heat rash to me. Hope you can find a bra that prevents uniboob, I hate uniboob.

Body glide is a godsend. I too have gotten the boob chafing from sports bras and learned quickly to use my Body glide when I would be out exercising in the heat. I have to wear Moving comfort bras and Nike bras to accommodate my chest but use body glide and havent had any issues since I started using the body glide.
I saw some Champion sports bras that were similar to regular bras. I HATE the uniboob.....I have large and in charge girls, so I understand your problem.
