So. I tried to think of a discreet way to title the thread, and just couldn't think of anything.
I have a nipple that is on the way to becoming chafed from running. Right now it's just slightly sore, but I can tell it's going to get worse. What can I do to stop this from becoming agonizing? Body glide?
FWIW, my bra is properly fitting and I'm not sliding around in it I don't think.
