Hi, lurker here. Does anyone have an idea on where to find more realistic estimates than the calorie trackers come up with? I'm going to get a hr monitor at some point. I've been doing well tracking food and feel looked I should be eating back part of the calories burned since I tend to get ridiculously hungry if I go below about 1400 calories. Tracker is set at 1525 to lose 2/week. I have an additional 75 pounds to come off long term. Lost 35 so far. Thank you.
