I did my first run today, 2nd workout, since my half last sunday. I thought I'd go for an easy 4 miles. I went out thinking I needed to beat the rain and when I got home and checked my garmin, saw that I basically did a 4.5 mile tempo run. Oops. I did that after my last half also, ended up with a ton of adrenaline for my next run. So the next one should really be an easy run, if I can just let go of training mode!
