I complained of runger, but that would be an excess of 21,000 calories in a week. I don't think I could have overeaten by that much. I don't even feel or look fat. If I hadn't stepped on the scale, I would have assumed that all was well. I had a few hard workouts lately, it is possible to retain THAT much water in your muscles?

I once retained 5 of water in a day.
Also we always had to weigh in at school for running b/c of water loss and if you lost more than 5 pounds of water IN A RUN you couldn't run the next day. It happened.
Thank you all. I KNOW, but I still saw the scale and was like 'Holy crap, I was pregnant last time I weighed this much.' Granted it was after I had eaten breakfast and drank like 30 oz of coffee (yay for 16 oz coffee mugs), so that probably accounts for some of it but I was still all 'oh shit'.
