B: banana & chocolate chip muffin i made yesterday and apple S: hummus and carrots L: at home (took a mental health day). fish, veggies,and sp fries D: meatloaf, potatoes and green beans R: rest day
B: Cereal w/peaches, coffee, H20 L: Sandwich thin with almond butter and raspberry preserves, baby carrots, honeydew melon, H20 D: Leftover grilled pork loin with roasted potatoes and asparagus S1: Raspberry Nutrigrain bar, water S2: Greek yogurt and apple, water
