B: oatmeal w/ blackberries and raspberries, dried fruit and nuts, hot green tea L: turkey on ww w/ spicy mustard, cucumbers, lettuce and tomato, whole foods quinoa salad, plum S: apple E: 6-7 mile run D: chickpea burger on sandwich thin w/ some sweet potato fries and steamed veggies S: trail mix
B: Ridiculously good breakfast casserole thing. Wow. S: Apple L: pork tenderloin, broccoli S: kale D: chicken with mushrooms and bell peppers, guacamole E: front squat work, then death by pullups (1 the first minute, 2 the second minute, etc. until I can't complete them in the minute)
B: half ww bagel with slice of turkey and low fat cheese, tea S: strawberries L: special k with skim milk, apple and PB S: carrots and hummus, cauliflower D: homemade fish tacos E: short hill run if I can make it. Already fell asleep when I got to work in my car for 30 minutes and then walked in to my office to promptly fall asleep at my desk.
I have a trip to the dentist at lunch so this day is going to be unpredictable depending on what I can eat after....
B: coffee, oatmeal S: grapefruit L: protein shake or lean cuisine depending on if I can chew D: ?? on the road for son's ice hockey game E: forced rest day since there are just not enough hours in the day
We just got back from vacation and I so need to get back into meal planning any my usual routine again. Work is insane right now and we have so much going on, I feel a little overwheled.
B: Just coffee L: Probably Subway or something fast D: Salads with grilled chicken S: ? No idea yet E: At most I'll be able to get in maybe a 30 minute run today between yard work and unpacking.
Good lord, I need to get my snacking in check. I am afraid to step on the scale because my summer clothes (and some running shorts, yikes) are pretty damn snug. :/
E: 4 mi run this morning (supposed to be close to 90 this afternoon!) B: oatmeal w/protein powder, coffee w/creamer S: banana w/pb L: leftover lasagna S2: strawberries D: asian grilled chicken and veggie fried rice

B: scrambled egg whites with veggies and cheese. 1/2 of a mini wheat bagel with PB L: Salad. Pineapple S: protein shake. Other 1/2 of mini bagel with PB D: Not sure. Prob BBQ portabello mushroom quesadilla.
E: run/walk intervals with my running group. Then probably hit the elliptical for another 30 min.
