I was trying to figure out what to do w/ some leftover grilled chicken breasts - so I got a small glass oven dish, shredded a chicken breast (or maybe 1.5), poured some marinara (a little under and mostly) over it (roasted garlic from TJ), and since I didn't have any moz but had string cheese, I "shredded" 2 string cheese sticks over it and then added a mix of 1/4 breadcrumbs and 3/4 mix of parm on top, pepper and garlic powder on top and voila! In the oven at 450 --- I think it was in there for 15 mins, basically took it out when the top started browning.
