Tell them you wont pay you next bill until you speak to someone. I hate mortgage companies (sorry if anyone works for one!!). They only care when you say you wont give them your money.
I've very seriously considered mailing this person a letter back asking them to answer their phone because I have questions.
I understand and know they have other people to speak to and I'm not their only customer but 1 return call in bit over a week. That's some pretty crappy customer service. And normally I don't care but when you are requesting documents from me, set for a specific time frame, and tell me that I can call any time to have questions answered, but don't answer your phone AND lock me out of speaking to anyone else? Then I get pissy.
Which bank is it? I'm curious because I tried to refinance with my mortgage company (Wells Fargo) and they were awful! After 6 months, I said forget it. I went somewhere else and it was finished in just over 30 days. I've heard similar complaints from other people.
