We went to dinner and a movie with two other couples last night, which is something we rarely do. It was so much fun, until we got a text towards the end of the movie from our sitter's mom (we're good friends and they live about 2 blocks away) "Don't freak out, but I'm at your house. Bonnie has vomited a few times. I bathed her and washed the sheets. Don't hurry home, just letting you know!"
We got home and she was still vomiting, over and over again. I made a bed of towels and blankets on the living room floor and "slept" with her down there. I didn't want her to sleep in her own bed because she was even puking in her sleep and I was scared she was going to choke on it. I was up until 6 in the morning, then H relieved me and I slept for about 2 hours. She is STILL PUKING. She's probably vomited 30 times. She can't keep anything down at all. She's drinking water and pedialyte and wants crackers every so often but can hardly keep anything down. Poor baby! I don't think the other girls ever had a bug this bad before.
Take her to urgent care, they can give her something to stop the puking. This happened to me twice where I was puking every 15 minutes or so for 15 hours straight, couldnt even keep water down, until I went to urgent care and they gave me a shot and ended my misery.

Oh yeah, duh! I forgot about anti nausea meds. Duhhhh. Thanks!
No problem I remember how horrible it was to be sleeping on the bathroom floor puking up nothing but bile and water and praying for death. Best shot I ever had to get. I'm pretty sure they give it in other forms now too.

UPDATE: My good friend is a nurse, she came to check up on her and didn't think it was necessary to bring her in. She hasn't thrown up in a few hours, and she took a 2 hour long nap. She's producing diapers and tears. I'm pushing liquids (water, pedialyte, pediapops) and watching her closely. She ate some cheerios and kept them down. She's in good spirits and isn't listless at all. Hopefully we're on the upswing, but I'm keeping my eye on her and looking for signs of dehydration.

Also, cute story: H is grocery shopping for me because I didn't want to leave Bonnie. He asked the big girls if they wanted to go (which they usually love to do) and Cambria wanted to stay home because she's worried about Bonnie. Awww.

That is really cute! Glad your daughter seems to be on the upswing.
