Sorry I went MIA again. Having 3 kids has multiplied my activity by 10! I swear I never get time to sit down anymore, which is not necessarily a bad thing.
So, I still have about 25 lbs to lose from the baby. I stalled on weight loss and then gained again. I finally joined WW almost a month ago, and I've made consistent progress. I can't say enough good things about WW, including the fact that they account appropriately for BFing calories.
I started running again a few weeks ago. I'm taking it slow and steady, but I have developed a nagging pain in my foot. I also have new shoes, so that's not the issue. I don't know how to describe the location other than the middle of my foot. It's almost dead center, not up high or towards the bottom. It's a dull ache that is especially bad when I first wake up in the morning. It's hurts a little at the start of my runs, but it goes away once I get warmed up. Any ideas? I looked at an ortho video online and the self exam it showed didn't indicate a stress fracture (yeah, yeah, self diagnosing is a bad idea, I know).
Also, congrats to all the pregnant ladies! It's another H&F baby boom!

I hadn't thought about PF, mainly because the pain isn't close to the bottom of my foot. But, PF sounds like it fits because of the way the pain comes and goes. I'll try stretching and see if that helps. Thanks, ladies!
Your plantar fascia starts at your heel and travels to the toes so any pain on the bottom of your foot can be from it. If the pain is on the top of your foot most likely it's not pf
