He then proceeds to tell me how sad it is how when the baby birds grow up how if the mommy bird met the baby bird the wouldn't know each other/recognize each other.
I was zoning out while we were putting our grill together because I was watching 2 robins hop around on the wood pile.
I asked my husband, "I wonder how pregnant birds fly, wouldn't they be too heavy? Think about it, they lay around 3 to 4 eggs." He kept working, I kept rambling on about these poor pregnant birds.
Finally he says "moonbeam, I really don't care about the birds. I've never given pregnant birds a thought, and they have wings"
