She's a puppy and she ate the flowers off of the stems. One plant still has buds that look healthy. One plant has been chewed to the stems and the stems are looking broken. She will not be alone outside again.
I seriously know nothing about gardening. I've been googling and youtubing, but I love this place (waves arms around) and believe the answers here are better.
Should I dig the plants up and try again or will they maybe grow back? TIA

They'll be fine. Whatever they are, they can survive without flowers.
Flowers don't MAKE food for the plant, they TAKE food from the plant.
Flowers are reproductive organs, so they take a lot of growth resources. Without them, those resources will immediately be available to either grow more photosynthetic (green) tissue, or to try to reproduce again by making more flowers. Because most organisms strive to reproduce, my bet is that they will reflower.
