Do you sleep with a top sheet? We don't and my mom think it's TOTALLY CRAZY! lol. She was like "So.. what do you sleep under?" Um, a blanket? I don't need an extra layer.

No - it just gets tangled around us when we sleep so I skip it. Sometimes when it's really hot I'll pull it out and use it instead of a blanket. Otherwise, it lives in the closet.
Lurking but thought I'd chime in since I'm with you! Definitely no top sheet!! Only a blanket. And actually DH and I have our own blankets because we fight over it, plus I like to wrap myself up in mine the top sheet is in the linen closet- it's used for picnics and forts!
Yes. I'm very weird about this. We went camping last year and slept on a blowup mattress. I demanded we bring a bottom and top sheet for it. DH thought I was crazy. I just cannot sleep without one.

We both have our own blanket, too! H just likes this light blanket that I think is scratchy and I like my big comfy down comforter.
We have good intentions and start out with a top sheet every weekend when I put new sheets on the bed, but by like Tuesday its tossed aside and we just have the down comforter and a light blanket on top of thatl
I hate them. I am a light sleeper and flop around all night so i get tangled up in them. It's making me anxious just thinking about it.
I wash my duvet cover on Sundays, when I switch/wash all the sheets in the house. It takes about 5 extra minutes to unbutton and then rebutton it back on. I don't know why it's on Sunday, it's just when I do it. Creature of habit I suppose.
We alway put one on, but inevitably it ends up in a tangled mess at the bottom of the bed. So, we mostly just using the blanket. I wash/ change the duvet cover every time I change the sheets.
I must have a sheet. With some of our sets, H will usually to wad up his side of sheet so then we have this weird, uncomfortable barrier which makes spooning awkward.

Ha! Mine is down too and he thinks it's too hot! Plus it's lined with silk which I like to rub- thanks to my "rubby" (blankie) growing up!
