B: ww bagel thin w/ 1 T TJ's chunky peanut butter & diced strawberries; strawberries, pineapple & mango L: chicken salad on ww tortilla, cucumbers and carrots w/ red pepper hummus S: apple w/ chocolate PB D: gnocchi w/ zucchini, tomato & parm (husband wanted what we were supposed to have tonight yesterday haha) E: elliptical at lunch, maybe yoga after DS goes to bed
B: oatmeal w/ dried fruit and nuts, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries, hot green tea, also grabbed some grapes L: mixed greens w/ hard boiled egg, pickles, some leftover roasted vegetables, and shredded brussel sprouts, greek yogurt w/ mixed fruit S: red apricot and mini Luna bar D: out w/ DH to our favorite Mediterranean restaurant - red lentil soup, grilled chicken salad w/ pita chips, maybe some hummus E: scheduled rest day - pedicure after work:)
B: waffles, blueberries, syrup L: chicken salad S: Kind Bar D: Out with friends to Mexican restaurant. Thinking fish tacos, chips and salsa E: 45 minute walk
B: special k with skim milk, tea S: grapes L: homemade sesame noodles S: carrots and cauliflower with hummus, raspberries D: salmon, rice, broccoli or kale E: upper body and core strength
B: Oatmeal with blueberries, peaches, almond milk, and a scoop of almond butter L: Leftover turkey sausage, spinach, quinoa and parm D: Leftover baked chix breast with asparagus and potatoes from last night
S1: Think Thin Cookies and Cream Bar, canteloupe S2: Lemon greek yogurt, banana
