B: special k with skim milk, tea S: grapes L: homemade sesame noodles S: carrots and cauliflower with hummus, blackberries D: taco pasta bake, broccoli E: going to try to run today, if that feels crappy I will use the elliptical :/

B: ww bagel thin w/ TJ's crunchy peanut butter and diced strawberries; 2 oranges L:chocolate peanut butter banana protein shake S: carrots & cukes w/ hummus; something when i get home, maybe kettlecorn? D: either steak fajitas or cheesesteak calzone, depends on if the steak defrosted in time haha
B: Cheerios w/sliced peaches L: Black bean and edamame salad with feta and lime vinaigrette, banana D: Leftover grilled chicken sausage and sweet potato fries from H's dinner last night
S1: Think Thin Cookies and Cream bar S2: Greek yogurt, banana
E: Unintentional rest day. I have way too much to do before leaving for Denver on Saturday AM!
B: oatmeal w/ blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, some dried nuts & fruit, hot green tea S: brownie - I'm a sucker for treats in the office at school:( L: turkey breast and laughing cow cheese on a ww sandwich thin w/ lettuce and pickles, grapes S: greek yogurt w/ berries E: 6 - 7 mile run - not feeling the best today so I'm hoping this run goes ok D: leftover chicken shwarma & rice on mixed greens w/ tomato, zucchini, squash, and mushrooms
