Sometimes I don't shower after a workout. I'm just yucky all around!!! I hate getting wet all the time. Perhaps this stems from my many years if swimming as a youth.

I am a SAHM so i have three opportunities to shower - after school drop-off, during nap time, or after the kids go to bed. I plan my shower around my workout schedule. I make a solid effort to shower every day but I miss a day here and there. If I workout that day, i always shower 100% off the time, even if it is hours after the actual workout (and it usually is!!!).
I shower most days twice a day. If I work out first thing in the morning, I will shower when I get back. I will only shower again if I leave the house. H is weird about outside germs, he insists on showers before we get in bed if we've been outside.
I only co-wash my hair once a week most weeks, but I will in the middle of the week if I have a particularly sweaty workout. I shampoo my hair about every other week.
Wow. That seems somewhat...infrequent. Is there a reason for your bi-monthly shampoo schedule?

I usually workout in the morning and shower after that before going to work. During the winter, I was running at lunch sometimes. I just cleaned up and went on with my day...don't bother showering when I get home, either. If I run/workout after work, I still shower, but not wash my hair - my scalp gets funny if I sleep w/ wet hair.

I'm a/a and my hair doesn't get oily, it actually dries pretty easily. It's best for me to keep the shampooing to a minimum.

Ah. That makes sense. I have fine, straight, stringy hair that can't go more than a day or 36 hours without desperately needing shampoo so every two weeks seems kind of amazing
I work out at night during the week and always shower afterwards. Then in the morning, I hop in the shower as more of a wake-up call, and to wet my hair down. I don't wash my hair in the morning, if I showered at night, nor do I scrub down like I would if I hadn't showered the evening before. On the weekends, if I work out in the morning, I shower afterwards, and that's it for the day. If I am not working out until evening on the weekends, I will just wait to shower until then.
I do wind up taking two showers a day at least 3 times a week, sometimes 4. I go through a lot of towels.
Do you ever go on with your day without showering after a workout? Yes, we don't have showers at work so I will wipe down with baby wipes. Only during below 70 degrees days. Otherwise, I won't run during the day.
Do you ever go to bed without showering? I always shower at night after a workout. But if I don't workout and it's a non-hair washing day I will.
Do you wash/dry your hair every time you shower? No, I only wash my hair every 3 days. Sometimes every other day, if I've had a few sweaty summer workouts. If my hair looks bad and I don't feel like washing it, then I just put it up.
I shower after every work out. I rarely shower any other time other than immediately following a workout unless we have a special event to go to (rare these days!) I work out at least once a day, 6x/ week, so I'm squeaky clean. My hair gets washed 75% of these times, and it is always at least rinsed off with water.
