I usually just put them in smoothies. They are pretty neutral tasting so they can be used to top salads, hummus, baked goods. Sometimes, I leave them to sit to turn to gel as a thickener. It's like magic.

I put them in juice and let it sit for 4 to 6 hours in the fridge. I like it. Whole foods sells drinks like this, and I liked them, so now I do it at home. I specifically like pineapple mango or ginger lemonade, but it works in most juice, though in OJ, it grosses me out.
But David, who is a picky eater, gets them hidden in everything. I put them in his grilled cheese the other day. Sucka!!!!
This is kinda brilliant.
And he doesn't notice. And he notices EVERYTHING about his food.
Look, I get that a lot of moms on here are anti "hiding things in food" but I am at the end of my rope with this kid. Other than sweet potato fries, he will not eat ONE fruit or vegetable. I still put fruit and veggies on his plate, but in the meantime, this kid needs some nutrition.
