B: oatmeal w/ cut up plum, blackberries, blueberries, dried fruit and nuts, coffee w/ truvia and skim milk, hot green ta L: mixed greens w/ cottage cheese, broccoli slaw, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, squash, and mushrooms, greek yogurt w/ mixed berries S: apple and maybe some cheese D: Maui Wowi salad: shrimp, mixed greens, feta cheese, avocado, onion, tomato, and lime vinagrette, maybe some bread w/ it E: not sure: after school meetings and an appointment w/ DH so I may try to squeeze a couple miles in somewhere today or walk w/ DH
I haven't posted in this thread in a while, but I have been eating all day and perhaps I need to post it, lol. B: banana B2: kasha golden maple oatmeal, coffee with French vanilla coconut milk creamer. L: hummus with pita, omelet with chorizo, artichokes and cheese, green salad. S: Lara bar - carrot cake
That is it so far and there is no sign of stopping. I am not even working out today - what is my deal? Really though, that is not far off from my usual breakfast and lunch.
