Those Jockey slipshorts they were talking about on MM may work. I got 2 pairs in the mail yesterday and going up a size or two would probably work because they're really stretchy. Like I bought an XL, they came I was like WTF these are going to be too small because they were like 8 inches across the waist (they were bigger than that but you get the idea) and they fit fine.

I got some from Motherhood (I don't think they were Spanx, they were Motherhood brand.) They were extremely comfortable. The belly didn't roll down and wasn't too tight, and the legs stayed where they were supposed to. They were definitely worth the money!
I bought the famed Jockey slip shorts, and they totally fit over my belly at this point. Not constrictive at all. I feel like they would easily roll under if they get too tight in another couple of months.

I have some maternity Spanx. Actually they are Assets brand, I got them on Amazon. I need a few more pairs because they are my only comfortable undergarments right now.

msniq bought a lot of bike shorts and says they've made a world of difference. I think that's the same idea.
