darnkatz those look FANTASTIC. My only criticism is I HATE shortening... Can you feel it in your mouth (it's in the frosting).
I don't have the exact recipe I used anymore, but I took a store-bought graham cracker crust, and filled it with a peanut butter filling, and poured a thin layer of chocolate ganache on top. It was AWESOME.

...you know what I just thought of? I love PB cookies. I have a fantastic recipe. What if you kinda flipped that recipe a little and made a PB cookie crust with a chocolate pie filling.... ^o)

so, if I were to use the cookie dough to make a crust, which I'd have to blind bake, I'd just bake it the same amount of time as the cookie version?
