MEEEEEE! I am doing it tomorrow and am freaked out! I was gonna figure my strategy out tonight after the kids go to bed. I am thinking of breaking the pull ups into small chunks (like groups of 10) since that is what will be the hardest part for me. What is your approach going to be?? Good luck!
I did it last Memorial Day and last Thanksgiving - but being 6 weeks pregnant I decided not to. I LOVE this workout. I did it doing push ups on my knees and with a band for pull-ups - I paced myself so that it was as if I was going for a hard jog so I could go steady the whole time. I also did 20 sets of 5-10-15 I finished in 55 minutes. AHHH - I so wish I was doing it.

I'm doing Murph tomorrow morning at 10. I think I'm going to do a modified Murph - maybe cut everything in half, so a 800 m run, 50 pullups, 100 pushups and 150 squats, then another 800 m run. I plan on breaking up the pullups pushups and squats into smaller groups. This is my first murph and i'm still recovering from my last bunion surgery so i don't think an entire murph is gonna happen this year, but i'll be happy to complete a half murph.
I was considering doing 10-20-30, but everyone else is doing 5-10-15, so in torn. We have a 60min time cap and my goal is to finish in that time frame.
I finished it this morning, I missed it last year so I was pretty psyched about doing it. I did 5-10-15 in 46:42. My box capped at 50:00. I did have to switch to knee pushups half way through.

Our box did Murph on Friday. My first time and I actually liked the workout. I did 20 rounds of Cindy and it felt like it broke it up in just the right places. Still fairly new to crossfit so did knee pushups and pullups with the green band. Finished I'm 61:55, already looking forward to beating that next time!
