* all my running was probably for nothing because I ate so many desserts this weekend - a holiday weekend with tons of cookouts paired with DH's birthday = eating fail

Friday: I took the day off and spent time with my mom, we went shopping and had coffee. And then dh and I spent a well needed evening together. My cousin/coach says "you are married to your husband, not your training plan!!"
Saturday: 1 hour zone 2 bike, 1:15 zone 2 run Sunday: 2.5 hours in the cold rain. One hour with 5x5 zone 4 intervals, 3 minute spin between each interval. Monday: Scheduled rest day
Sat.: 40 mile hard, fast group road ride Sunday: 23 mile mtb ride Monday: Hours of sitting on a photo moto at the US Professional Road Race Championships (road cycling) and walking about 4 miles.
Fri: Masters swim + 5 miles tempo Sat: 9 miles with stroller (planned 6 but DD fell asleep) Sun: rest Mon: Masters was cancelled, did 2hr ride + 15 min run
Saturday: unplanned rest, my calf had a giant knot in it that H worked out for me Sunday: 6.5 epic miles. I was 10 seconds off of PR pace, and I so needed that run to go well Monday: cleaning/organizing and stretching
Fri: rest Sat: 3mi run to Starbucks and back for coffee beans. Sun: 2mi Mon: Bolder Boulder 10k, w/u, no c/d sinc I had to carry all my expo stuff a mile bak to my car
Friday - rest Saturday - 18 mile ride with DD/bike trailer (Dude, that thing is like a sail. Suddenly pushing the Bob seems like NBD,) Sunday - 1 hour bike trainer (2:00 climbs) Monday - 9 mile run
Fri: ripped in 30 Sa: ripped in 30, 6.5 mile run Su: 12 mile run M: 9 mile stroller run
Plus, a hike with the kids, walks to the park, and following a non stop toddler around. It was awesome and exhausting! Seeing lots of 8pm bedtimes for me this Summer
Friday - 15 mins on the step mill, 10 on the spin bike and 5 mins on rowing machine at the gym Saturday - cleaned literally all day from 9am - 6pm, it was totally exhausting Sunday - not a damn thing Monday - 5 mile run
