Another floor plan question - arrange this LR

We went it look at houses in person today and really liked one house. I can not for the life of me figure out how to arrange the furniture in this living room, though. I know y'all will have some great ideas!

Floor plan is cropped to decrease googleability. : ) This is the only living space, so a tv visible from a couch is a must.

The bottom right doorway is the foyer. Bottom left and top right are hallways to bedrooms. Top right is the kitchen, and there is a pass-through over the sink.

eta: oops, this isn't the exact plan but close. The actual room has the fireplace centered, and the top right doorway is on the right wall, not the top one.

we have this exact floor plan but it is very narrow. we have tried many things but the only thing that we have found that works + provides enough seating for guests:

tv over the fireplace (i knowwww), couch along the long wall across from the kitchen, loveseat facing the fireplace/tv and we have room for an accent chair near the window by the kitchen.

we ran the tv wires/cable through a wire cover (painted to match the wall and mostly hidden by curtains) to a side table below. we have direct tv so our cable box is small enough to sit on the mantle and not be terribly noticeable. we use an ikea expedit on the wall next to the kitchen (like right in the doorway) for storage but it's hard to tell if you have that option.

Thanks! katecoop we already have a giant sectional, lol. No way it will work. In our rental house, we are using a 15 yr old couch and chair that belong to H's parents. The chair doesn't have much life left, but we would consider recovering the couch if they don't want it back, since its still in amazing shape except for the upholstery.
