B: oatmeal w/ blackberries, blueberries, dried nuts and fruit, hot green tea L: Amy's frozen meal, greek yogurt and some fruit S: apple E: not sure: I haven't had a rest day since last Thursday, it's supposed to be 88 degrees, sunny, and humid after school so running isn't looking promising unless I wait until later in the evening and I need to pack for our vacation D: on my own so probably another frozen meal and steamed veggies

B: green smoothie - 1 c. yogurt, handful spinach, 1 apple, 1 banana, 1/2 c. strawberries, 1/2 orange, 1 T chia seeds L: mixed baby greens w/ grilled chicken, shredded broccoli/cauliflower/carrots/cabbage, tomatoes, 1/2 avocado, 3 T shred colby jack, crushed blue corn tortilla chips & cilantro dressing D: last night's - we were at a travel agent til late and then I had a migraine, so pizza it was. garlic lime pork w/ cilantro lime rice and roasted hummus broccoli S: carrots w/ hummus, kettlecorn if needed
