What happened to Flex Friday and Workout OOTD?

Did I miss a memo that Flex Friday and OOTD were cancelled?  I loved those threads and enjoyed looking through them and being motivated.

I don't think they were cancelled. just that they never really had a POC and as such have fallen by the wayside.

if you want to see them just start the post and I'm sure interested parties will join right in.
